Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Providing onsite support for desktops and laptops.
• Installing and configuring Windows operating systems.
• Installing and troubleshooting software applications.
• Setting up and replacing desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboards and other peripherals.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software-related problems.
• Supporting printers and scanners.
• Helping users with Microsoft Office and Outlook issues.
• Performing IMAC activities – Install, Move, Add and Change.
• Replacing hardware components such as RAM, SSDs, keyboards and batteries.
• Supporting user login and password-related issues.
• Coordinating with remote support teams whenever required.
• Updating service tickets and submitting site visit reports.

Basic Networking Knowledge Required

Candidates should have a basic understanding of computer networking, including:

• IP Address
• DHCP
• DNS
• Subnet Mask
• Wired and wireless network connections
• Basic network troubleshooting
• Ethernet cable testing and replacement
