The position combines software development, AI automation, API integrations, and business operations. The selected candidate will work with senior developers and business leaders to build reliable systems, investigate operational problems, and automate repetitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop backend services, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Build AI/LLM-powered applications and workflow automation.
- Work with Python or PHP for backend development.
- Monitor business systems, emails, booking platforms, and customer-service workflows.
- Investigate technical and operational issues and follow them through to resolution.
- Coordinate with colleagues and operational teams.
- Maintain task lists, documentation, and handovers.
- Support research, creative tasks, AI-assisted video editing, and administrative activities when required.
- Identify repetitive business processes that can be improved or automated.
Required Skills
- Strong practical experience with Python or PHP.
- Backend development and REST API experience.
- Experience with third-party API integrations.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs.
- Knowledge of Linux, Git, and command line.
- Ability to develop, debug, test, and deploy applications.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong problem-solving, organisation, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently investigate unfamiliar problems.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and business tools.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- AWS or VPS infrastructure.
- WordPress/WooCommerce.
- Workflow automation and internal tools.
- GoHighLevel or hospitality/booking-platform integrations.
- Operations, customer service, project coordination, freelancing, or personal project experience.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Approximately 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM IST
- Saturday is a regular working day.
- Additional hours or Sunday work may occasionally be required for urgent or priority tasks.
Salary
₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
