Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Support

• Provide hands-on support for SAP systems.

2. Network Support

• Monitor network connectivity and basic network performance.
• Identify and report network-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required.
• Assist in resolving connectivity problems.

3. Data Backup and System Security

• Assist with regular data backup activities.
• Support basic system security requirements.
• Help maintain IT systems and related records.
• Follow company IT security procedures.

4. IT Documentation

• Maintain IT-related documentation.
• Record technical issues and troubleshooting activities.
• Keep system and support-related information updated.

Required Experience

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support.

Basic knowledge of the following areas will be useful:

• SAP support
