Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical billing with a US company.
- Graduation is required.
- Experience in a US healthcare medical billing or RCM environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical claims and healthcare billing processes.
- Experience with CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim formats.
- Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT-II coding.
- Experience reading, interpreting, and entering insurance EOBs.
- Knowledge of third-party payer requirements.
- Understanding of medical procedure coding.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Outlook, CRM Dynamics, and OneDrive.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate may be responsible for:
- Preparing and submitting medical claims.
- Handling medical healthcare billing activities.
- Working with CMS-1500 and UB-04 claims.
- Reviewing and entering insurance EOB information.
- Providing consultation related to ICD-10-CM and CPT-II codes.
- Supporting providers and practice teams with coding-related questions.
- Providing ICD-10-CM and CPT-II coding training to providers and staff.
- Supporting medical utilization review training.
- Assisting providers in understanding medical incentive programs.
- Managing data in spreadsheets and CRM systems.
- Preparing and analyzing MIS reports for management.
- Supporting different areas of the RCM process through cross-training.
Required Skills
