A company is hiring a skilled and hands-on Odoo Specialist/Developer to manage, configure, customize, and optimize its Odoo platform. The selected candidate will work mainly on Odoo and Shopify integration, CRM workflows, inventory synchronization, order fulfillment, and multi-channel customer management.

Odoo Specialist/Developer – ₹30K–₹40K | Night Shift

This is a full-time, in-person opportunity with a night shift schedule. Candidates with practical experience in Odoo development, administration, module configuration, and Shopify integration are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify & Odoo Integration

The Odoo Specialist/Developer will be responsible for:

• Designing and maintaining bi-directional Shopify-Odoo integration.
• Synchronizing orders, inventory, customers, variants, and pricing.
• Managing real-time or scheduled data synchronization.
• Troubleshooting duplicate records and synchronization issues.
• Handling API rate-limit problems.
• Managing fulfillment tracking and automated notifications.
• Supporting returns and refund processing between Odoo and Shopify.

Odoo Module Configuration

The candidate will configure and optimize important Odoo modules, including:

• CRM
• Sales
• Inventory
• Invoicing
• Purchase
• Customer Portal

Responsibilities will also include creating CRM pipelines, automated lead assignment rules, customer segmentation, and customer lifecycle workflows.

The role may involve working with custom Odoo views, automated actions, server actions, QWeb reports, and executive dashboards.

Data Management

The selected candidate will also:

• Manage data migration.
• Handle import/export operations.
• Maintain data integrity and governance.
• Troubleshoot workflow and performance-related issues.
• Keep technical documentation updated.

Technical Support

The Odoo Specialist will analyze business processes and suggest suitable Odoo solutions and best practices.

The role also requires providing functional and technical support to internal users and resolving Odoo workflow-related problems.

Requirements

Candidates should have:

• At least 1 year of hands-on Odoo experience.
• Practical experience in Odoo development, configuration, and administration.
• Direct experience integrating Shopify with Odoo.
• Knowledge of Shopify APIs or third-party/native connectors.
• Understanding of e-commerce workflows.
• Knowledge of inventory reservations and multi-warehouse operations.
• Understanding of barcode synchronization.
• Knowledge of draft orders and multi-currency handling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

The following experience will be an advantage:

• ERP implementation projects.
• Shopify Plus.
• Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Multi-company Odoo environments.
• Multi-storefront Shopify environments.
• Custom Odoo web/OWL components.
• Custom API connectors.
